Cranesville Block is a third generation family business that is Upstate New York's leading concrete producer. The company manufactures and delivers ready mixed concrete, block, sand and stone, precast, and retaining wall systems to commercial and residential customers. We are headquartered in NY’s Capital Region (Albany, Schenectady, Troy), our locations span south through the Hudson Valley and west toward Utica, Syracuse, and Rochester. Established in 1947, we have grown to operate 25 concrete batch plants and are proud to supply our customers with a sustainable concrete product from a local plant. Having gathered over 60 years of expertise in the concrete industry, we are able to present our valued clientele with not only a quality concrete product but provide insightful technical answers and guidance for concrete projects of any size, scope or specification.

Ready Mixed Concrete is not where our manufacturing stops. CBC is one of New York's original manufacturers of concrete block and precast structures. The “Block Plant” in Amsterdam, NY churns out nearly two million concrete blocks annually and the masonry units are used statewide for both residential and commercial applications. In addition to manufacturing masonry units, Cranesville Aggregate Company, Inc. (CAC) screens and crushes quality sand and stone essential to NY’s construction community. Also, our Masonry Stores offer masonry supplies and packaged products convenient for all job tasks.
