FACEBOOK COMMENT POLICY

It’s easy to have your say at our Keizertimes Facebook page. But we do have ground rules. Here’s what you need to know.

• If you have a news tip but don't want to post your name, email it to editor@keizertimes.com.

• Profanity, hate speech or anything we deem possibly libelous will be deleted.

• Excessively personal attacks and harassment will not be tolerated. If you wouldn't say it to someone's face, you can't say it here.

• Comments from the same person repeating the same or similar points will be deleted.

• Off-topic comments will be deleted.

• Comments promoting commercial products or services, i.e. spam, will be deleted.

• We never edit comments. Either they stay or they go.

• We may publish some or all of your comments in the Keizertimes or otherwise use it to promote our website without any compensation to you.

• You must be at least 13 years of age to comment on articles.
